They arrived when they said that they would, carried out the work required whilst keeping me fully informed of progress. They were friendly, polite and helpful; I will use them again whenever plumbing jobs arise.

From first contact to completion of the work Jonny was professional and polite. He obviously gave the job thought after the initial visit and changed plans to minimise the impact and ensure final result looked good as well as efficient. They were flexible and prompt with the quote and in doing the work. On the day itself, one of his customers had an emergency, but Jonny and his partner made sure that was resolved without impacting ourselves.
