Quoted to remove chimney and re-tile. Did the job, but 3 or 4 days later a tile come loose. The fixing holding the tile had somehow moved and the tile slid out, narrowly missing next doors car! I emailed to ask them to rectify as I had paid out a lot of money for the work and obviously was not satisfied it only lasted a few days. I was left with a gap due to the missing tile with rain entering the loft over Christmas! Did come to look week later & agreed to get scaffold back up to rectify. After some chasing, still haven't returned over 6 weeks on. Poor job and customer service. Disappointed.
