  After two years researching builders, we chose DeMa Construction based on their outstanding Checkatrade reviews. From start to finish, Marcin and his team were exceptional. Having completed many building projects over the years, I can honestly say this was the most professional experience I've had. The work was completed to a high standard, with no issues whatsoever. Trust, reliability and communication are vital when investing in a project, and Marcin excelled in all areas. He arrived as a builder and left as a friend. Highly recommended.

  Marcin’s work was of the highest standard. He was incredible detailed and thorough and the end result was brilliant. It was easy having him work in the house and he was also super tidy. Over all he was absolutely outstanding.

  Thermal Insulate Garage Ceiling

  The Scope was to insulate a garage ceiling, to give the upper bedroom thermal efficiency. The preparation, agreement on materials and the completed work were very impressive. A wooden frame was installed, lined and levelled, thermal insulation and thermal plasterboard installed, and the ceiling was plaster skimmed, followed by the reinstatement of the light fittings.

  Remodelling a lounge, media wall construction & decorating

  We used DeMa Construction last year for remodelling our kitchen & dining room & have just had them back to upgrade our lounge with the construction of a Media wall with the associated electric work, the whole room was also replastered & decorated. The quality of the workmanship is outstanding & Marcin is a perfectionist. He is extremely polite, knowledgeable & hard working & is probably the tidiest builder in the world !!! All in all I am extremely pleased with the whole experience & have recommended him to friends & neighbours.

  Building and joinery throughout the downstairs

  Fabulous job done throughout the downstairs including installation of velux, new doors, flooring, brickwork plastering, pipe work etc. Fabulous job completed and would only ever use Marcin and DeMa in the future.

  Extension to rear of property with Velux windows
