  Remodelling a lounge, media wall construction & decorating

  We used DeMa Construction last year for remodelling our kitchen & dining room & have just had them back to upgrade our lounge with the construction of a Media wall with the associated electric work, the whole room was also replastered & decorated. The quality of the workmanship is outstanding & Marcin is a perfectionist. He is extremely polite, knowledgeable & hard working & is probably the tidiest builder in the world !!! All in all I am extremely pleased with the whole experience & have recommended him to friends & neighbours.

  Building and joinery throughout the downstairs

  Fabulous job done throughout the downstairs including installation of velux, new doors, flooring, brickwork plastering, pipe work etc. Fabulous job completed and would only ever use Marcin and DeMa in the future.

  A wall removed & remodel with a new kitchen fitted

  Marcin, was nothing short of BRILLIANT !!! He took a wall down & fitted a steel between our kitchen & dining room, removed the old kitchen & fitted the new one along with all the work required for the remodelling. He was extremely tidy, courteous & thoughtful throughout the whole process & had a "Can Do" attitude with everything. He takes real pride in his work & it shows. His standard of his workmanship is nothing short of perfect !! Needless to say that we are extremely pleased with the work that he has done for us & would have no hesitation in recommending him to anybody.

  Bathroom Renovation

  I chose Dema Construction for a bedroom renovation which involved making one bedroom into two and I am more than happy with the end result. From start to finish Marcin has been professional in every way, all the work was completed by himself to the highest standard, and the rooms were left clean and tidy at the end of each day, Marcin was also very helpful when I needed help choosing a door and light fittings. I would highly recommend for all types of work, I’ve already passed his details onto family members for work they require and I hope get Marcin back to do some more work I need.

  House renovations

  Marcin has carried out a variety of jobs for us and his standard of work is always 10/10. He is friendly, polite, extremely courteous and trust worthy. We feel completely comfortable having him in our home (whether we're there or not) and we would always want him to carry out any future work we need doing in our home. We have recommended him to everyone we know!
