  An excellent experience. Mr Denison replaced a broken lock with minimal fuss and no mess at all. He clearly explained what was needed, secured a replacement lock and fitted it; all at a very reasonable price. I have no hesitation in recommending him to others.

  Polite, punctual, and a great locksmith.

  Steve was punctual, polite and very helpful. One of the jobs I asked Steve to look at wasn't as big as I'd assumed, Steve was honest about the issue and didn't charge even though he rectified it. I appreciated his honesty. Steve also fixed something else whilst he was here, even though it wasn't on his original list. 5 stars.

  Replacement of uPVC door locks, addition of chain for uPVC door

  Thank you so much for the great review. Glad you found my service good value and communication clear throughout. The security chain fitted was specifically designed for uPVC doors. Strong, practical and it won’t show any damage to door if removed.

  Replacement lock for post box.

  Initial contact was very swift, all replies were also dealt with in a timely and professional manner. The work was carried out to a high standard and at a great speed. Would highly recommend!

  Couldn’t lock patio door

  Responded shortly after our call, arranged to come next day first thing in morning, diagnosed the problem, had the parts in the van, completed the job. Value for money too…all on a bank holiday weekend, highly recommended and will use again.
