Gutter repair and leak repair

Roof and gutter replacement - damp/ventilation
We hired Deniz Construction to work on our mothers roof. There was an ongoing damp issue and Milad was able to identify it as a ventilation problem. It was a large project but he actively helped us try and save money where possible like protecting and reusing as many roof tiles as possible, letting us purchase our own skip and scaffolding to cut out management costs. He also only proceeded with additional work once it was agreed.. so no surprises. Roof Leak

The best
Milad is the best! From when I reached out to the team to the work being done took about 3 days in total, which was amazing. He explained what was causing the leak on our flat, fixed the problem and gave us great advice as well. Compared to quotes I had from other builders his price was really good too.
