Diagnosis and repair
Stephen provided an excellent diagnose and repair on my Audi TT. He explored all possible solutions to an attempt to save me money. Cannot fault his communication and quality of service. Highly recommended.

Diagnostic repair of non starting car.
I contacted Mr Dennis to check my car as it sounded like a flat battery. On examining it he could see there was an electrical drain but needed further work to discover where it was. He took my car to his workshop and the fault was discovered. Fitted a new battery as well. Very pleased with such a great, honest service. Thank you very much

Handbrake fixed
Mechanic managed to fit my job in on his way home from work at the end of a long day. He said it was an easy fix (ok for someone that knew what they were doing). I am extremely grateful I am now mobile again. Highly recommend.

Diagnose and replace leaking EGR cooler
Steve was brilliant in quickly diagnosing the problem. He went the extra mile to source a replacement part, going to Kent as this was the only Fiat dealership that would answer is calls. When doing the repair Steve informed me that the part had been replaced before and that several bolts were missing, which had caused the EGR cooler to break. Thanks to him telling me and sending me photos of the previous poor workmanship I was able to successfully claim back the full bill amount from the dealership that sold me the vehicle.
