    My rather elderly tv was dead this morning!

    I contacted Mr Plumb through Checkatrade at about 9.30 am today, and he said he could come and sort it out between 11.00 am and 12.00 today. He arrived early, and sorted it out within 20 minutes and charged an incredibly reasonable £20 - what an amazing service! I shall certainly be using Mr Plumb for all our tv problems in future, and would definitely recommend him. I would like to thank him for such a friendly and first class service.

    Excellent service

    Dennis visited our house on Good Friday to try and fix our TV. Not being able to do it in situ he took it away over Easter weekend and ultimately found it was irreparable. He bought it back to us a few days later to dispose of and didn’t charge anything as he hadn’t done any work, so we gave him a tip. Derek was very honest and was quick to respond. I’m sure if they didn’t make TV’s so disposable and unfixable he would’ve been able to fix it!

    Repairing a Humax recorder

    Excellent service. Came same day as called and brought back machine 2 days later. Spent time connecting everything up to ensure it was working perfectly. Very reasonable charge. Thoroughly recommended.

    Check why TV was not working

    Denis is really friendly and reliable. He checked why the TV was not working (power surge) and was able to offer replacements or repair. I would highly recommend him and would definitely use him again. A rare find. Thank you.

    Power failure

    Dennis replied to our ‘phone enquiry within 24 hours. He diagnosed and resolved the problem very quickly. Free estimate, collected and returned the TV to our home. Very reasonable cost for a comprehensive service. Would definitely use again, and recommend to others.
