I contacted Ben who is as the name suggests a "Dependable plumber". Ben got back to me and an appointment was arranged. Ben arrived promptly, advised what was likely to be wrong with the mixer tap and hopefully could be repaired without replacing the tap itself. Ben was able to do this, cleared up after work was finished. A very pleasant man.

Very happy with service provided, would definitely recommend and use again should the need arise.

Ben: not only a Dependable Plumber, one of the most dependable. (I have come across a number of good ones). I am a professional engineer with training in cabinetmaking, I may not be the easiest customer as I see potentials that are worth having. I have known Ben for many years, he is flexible, clear about availability, reasonable in price & prepared to adapt relevantly to a different specification (not too changing I hope). It is really easy to ask him "What do u think about this problem?" (I am no plumber) and he offers thoughtful suggestions. Also sensitive to neighbour/lodger requirements
