Just brilliant. Derek had a good understanding of what we wanted, offered some helpful adjustments and improvements and provided a clear mock-up and walk-through of what he planned to build. Was clear setting expectations prior to doing the work. The work itself is just excellent. A very high quality, no corners cut, and he was so tidy and thoughtful in minimising disruption - it really made a difference. Derek and a member of staff came and fitted a bespoke made TV wall unit that I designed for one of my clients projects. The workmanship was second to none.
