Shocking Customer service and poor product. Didn't complete installation as per contract and on connection of 32A cable to a Hot tub discovered he had wired the rotary switch incorrectly. Luckily the installer noticed and rewired on the spot.

Not impressed with Dereks' work ethics. Started adding costs to progress work and still hasn't completed work to invoice agreed. Now charging over £100 ph to complete outstanding work that I have already paid for. I would recommend others before Derek Clark Electrical in the future. If not be prepared for expensive add ons and a bad attitude.

Work neat, tidy and efficient. Arrived when he said he would. Very polite and friendly. Having him back for a new ring main in kitchen, when we do it later in the year. Would highly recommend him.
