Derek came as soon as he could as we were pretty desperate. He was quick and highly efficient and had our combi replaced in no time.

My elderly parents were without heating and hot water. Derek came at very short notice and quickly diagnosed the problem. A temporary repair was carried out immediately, (despite an aging boiler)heating and hot water were both restored and a date set for a replacement. Can’t thank him enough! Both my parents commented that he was professional, took the time to explain the problem and what he was doing to fix it and how comfortable they were having him in their home.

All completed as required, Derek was both friendly and courteous. I am going to book my boiler service through Derek later in the year
