Unfortunately, our experience with Chris was disappointing. While his quote was reasonable and the tiling acceptable though messy, he claimed to be a qualified plumber and took on the rest of our bathroom fit. Months later, we're facing multiple issues - leaking radiator, poorly hung shower doors, leaking shower tray due to messy sealant, grout on painted walls, gaps in grouting, grouting on the floor and windows. Though friendly, Chris either lacked the necessary skills or under-quoted and chose to cut corners rather than address costs honestly with us. Subsequently he’s ignored my messages.

Chris was professional and has done a fantastic job. He was thorough and consulted with us to get the best finish to the bathroom.

Chris tiled our kitchen walls and they look amazing. He has great attention to detail, is very tidy and professional, and helped us with lots of decisions on grout, trim and tiling formation. We're really pleased with the finished result and would like to work with Chris again when we start our bathroom renovations.

Chris was on time, high standard of work, finished the job until the end, the quote was good. Chris had good communication about when he would finish the job.

Had chris come out to quote me on my bathroom tiling , agreed a price and date and got it all booked in , chris kept me upto date on start dates , he originally planned on 3 days but it actually took him 6.5 blaming the awkward cuts , walls not plumb and shower recess trim for taking so long ,when he sent the invoice it was £436 more than quoted due to complexity of the job and extra adhesive and grout(grout not on original quote) after I challenged it we came to agreement of paying for the consumables as he had already quoted for the job, bathroom looks great could be a little tidier .
