  No work carried out

  Gave him three chances to come out and quote. Called instantly first time I contacted him but then didn’t turn up. He apologised a week later by text so gave him another chance and still didn’t bother responding. Tried to call and no answer.

  Large ground floor extension with patio plus the conversion of a downstairs office to a toilet/shower room.

  We engaged Dave based on recommendation and by viewing the quality of his work beforehand. He liaised with us throughout the project, was considerate to our needs whilst we remained living in the property and did an excellent job. He is not fazed by anything, like the unexpected find of a bomb shelter when creating the patio and looked for innovative solutions. He is a perfectionist, paying attention to detail and producing quality work. We are delighted with the work he has carried out.

  We added a large kitchen/diner area to the rear of the property together with an additional shower room and utility room .We also revisited our exterior patio area and upgraded the entire house both internal and external

  Dave and his team completed an outstanding piece of work which was complemented by the architect and interior designers . His attention to detail was beyond expectation adding value to the overall job . Dave is a perfectionist and this aspect of his character shown through the entire job . He never went missing and even now a year past the development conclusion he is available to answer questions and queries .Further he is very trustworthy , respectful , liaised well with difficult neighbours and is a credit to his trade . We are happy to show anyone a our development which Dave made possible.

  Various building jobs around the house over the last two years including remedying shoddy work by previous builders with whom I had a dreadful experience. I trust David and will only use him for any future work. The team are friendly and actually care about maintaining a high standard.

  I am extremely pleased with the end result and have no hesitation in recommending David. He was recommended to me by someone whom I trusted but, after my terrible experience, I was still wary but have since been pleased to find that good service still exists.
