    Meter unit cover up

    Our carpenter did a wonderful job on our unit last year to cover up our meter and cavity i the floor to provide the best use of space possible! Took a little while to submit this review because of life getting in the way

    Garden Redesign & Outdoor Kitchen

    Rich recently remodelled our garden installing decking, patio and an outdoor kitchen. We had a rough idea of what we wanted but Rich was able to expand on this providing ideas and options. The quote was separated into areas so we could manage our budget effectively. Rich and his team (Toby & Ben) completed all work to an exceptional standard, maintaining excellent communication throughout with Rich project managing everything including deliveries and waste removal. An absolutely superb job from beginning to end and I would not hesitate to use this company in the future.

    High quality work

    Richard has done two jobs at my house replacing chip board flooring that had been damaged by water. He also fixed the leak which had caused the original problem. His work is to a very high standard and he is always friendly and explains exactly what needs doing, gives clear time frames and costings. He always leaves the place spotless. Have already recommended him to friends.

    Highly recommended - Great work

    I needed a cupboard to be built into an alcove, and that is exactly what i got. Richard was professional, explained what he would do and the cost. Although he said it would take 2 days he came back on the 3rd day to finish up as he wasn't happy with the way the door was hanging. I would recommend this company for any joinery work you need (in fact he subsequently did some work for my daughter, and I have asked him for a quote for another job).

Descotti Property Services Ltd was born out of a love and passion for property development.


Experience has seen us in France renovating an 18th century village house and helping clients across the Northeast realize their requirements no matter how small.


Creating something from scratch for clients is very rewarding and never becomes a chore.


As a business we can provide anything from new fencing to bespoke cabinets to installing kitchens to designing and building garden rooms and everything in between.


On the rare occasion when there is something we cannot provide; we are always happy to share advice and guidance.
