Highly recommend using Design-a-Loft. We are super happy with our beautiful loft space. Ben was excellent at communicating: with a clear schedule of works so you knew where we were on the progression of the job and what was expected from both parties on decisions and payments. I think the true measure of a company is how problems are dealt with, we had a couple of issues that Ben took responsibility for and sorted. Bens team, lead by Jamie on site, were punctual every morning and worked all day, they were all great guys friendly and polite, skilled at their work and very tidy.

Ben was amazing from start to finish. He and his team completed a full loft to bedroom and bathroom conversion, on time and to an excellent standard. Ben managed the whole project, ensuring scaffolders, carpenters, electricians, roofers, tilers and bathroom fitters were here when needed to keep the project moving. Communication was great, with Ben providing a full itinerary before we started and sticking to it throughout. He always let us know what was happening and when. We couldn’t be happier with the final result and would highly recommend Ben and his team.

I can honestly say that Ben and his team did not present us with a single problem during our garage conversion into a games room. Throughout the project Ben kept me informed about who would be with me, what times and what they would be doing. All members of his team from carpenters, bricklayers and electricians were super friendly ‘nice guys’ who did what they were there to do and make sure everything was tidy when they left. Brought Ben’s trusted team back a third time to redo an old extension roof and redo the bathroom. Fiddly logistics with many individual trades being coordinated in a small space. Windows, plastering, tiling, plumbing, electrics. All the guys were a pleasure to have around and very pleased with the results.
