  Design Builders did a great job altering my ceiling to take a large opening window. This involved structural steel work and roof works. They did th job in a timely way-starting as agreed and completed on time. Dani is a great person to deal with

  Internal house renovation

  Dani and his team went straight to work and made good progress in a relatively short period of time. They were all happy to make changes to the initial plan when required with no fuss and any issues were quickly corrected. Everyone was polite and happy to put input on what would work the best. Would recommend.

  Removal of fitted wardrobe, remove and replace laminate flooring and fully paint 2 bed maisonette

  I spoke to Dani and met him at the property next day , he was very polite and punctual ,he gave me a very reasonable estimate within hours. The work started next day and was completed on time a week later. The standard of workmanship was superb and the attention to detail was incredible. I would not hesitate in using Dani and his firm again and would highly recommend him to anyone

  Extension and renovation of a 5 bed house

  Design and Build completed a full renovation of a 1920 house with 5 bedrooms, adding an extension with kitchen diner and 3 new bathrooms and external wall insulation and new boiler/megaflow. The guys were a pleasure to work with - communication was great, and work done quickly and to a high standard. The team have a great range of skills, they are courteous and diligent. On a small number of occasions the standard of the finish needed improving and the guys took on feedback and resolved any issues. I would definitely recommend and we will use the guys again if we do another housing project.

  Full house refurbishment with loft conversion

  Dani's team arrived on time every day and worked the full day. The quality of the work is excellent. The team were proactive, hard working, friendly and most of all they were respectful to my family. Always happy to answer my questions, take on my design changes and keep me informed of progress.
