Fantastic service and Local
James installed our new Bosch 7000i air conditioning unit in black, and the service was perfect from start to finish. Communication was excellent throughout, and James, with the help of Jason and the electrician Richard, worked around our schedule without any issues. Despite that, we were sitting in the cool just two weeks after James first came out to provide a quote. It’s fantastic to find such reliable local contractors who take real pride in their work. Communication was outstanding throughout. James at Design & Install was very helpful in arranging my air conditioning unit to be serviced at a time that worked around my shift pattern. Absolutely fantastic service from James and his team from start to finish. They were incredibly courteous, hardworking and efficient, with excellent communication throughout the whole process. What really stood out was how trustworthy and professional they all were. Nothing was too much trouble, and they took real pride in their work, which was lovely to see.
