Great service, quality and price.
We're based in Coventry and recently had the old glazing units and door in our existing front porch replaced with new double glazing units and a new door; we were able to keep some of the old wooden frame. The whole service from the initial inquiry, visit to the home, planning the work and its execution, all went smoothly. All communications were polite, work on the day was undertaken swiftly and professionally. Removal of old bay window double glazing, and installation of new windows.
Design Right came and fitted a new set of bay windows; they were polite, friendly, professional, cleaned up after themselves, and when it rained in the evening after they had finished, they came back the following morning to check on the outdoor sealant. Great service
Very efficient, friendly and would 100% recommend. Replaced front window unit which was blown. Contact was made via Whatsapp following my checkatrade enquiry and a date/time was arranged for measurement with fitting completed the following week. Design Right Windows and Doors are a family run business by brother's Kevin and Chris Buckley who have between them over 50 years experience in the window and door industry.
At Design Right we pride ourselves in the high levels of quality in which we finish our windows and doors with Kevin in particular a master with a silicon gun, there's few in the industry with such high levels of skill in what is a real art form.
A real pride is taken in our work, "your only as good as your last job" is a phrase we really believe in and we complete every installation as if it was on our own property.
