We had a very positive experience working with the BuildTeam throughout the design phase of our back extension in a conservation area. John McNally has been very professional, extremely responsive and helpful throughout. John helped us with design plans, after many changes and iterations, prepared and submitted the planning application, assisted and advised us when the first application got rejected. We also received very quickly the technical drawings for the builders. Overall, we had an extremely positive experience and we really recommend them as they are very experienced and efficient.

I engaged Steven at Design Team to produce architectural plans for my ground floor extension and loft conversion. The planning application was prepared swiftly and was given consent by the council at the first submission. Steven then produced the technical plans and liaised with the structural engineer, also provided by Design Team. The project is in the process of being built and whilst we've had to change a few things on site, Steven has been on hand and responsive throughout the engagement.
