We had a great experience with DES Renewable Energy from start to finish. At the quotation stage, everything was explained in detail and I felt that a system was being designed to actually reflect our personal use, the type of roof and orientation of our house. Excellent service from start to finish! I hired DES Renewable Energy Ltd to install a Zappi EV charger at my home, and they did a phenomenal job. They arrived right on time, walked me through the optimal placement of the EV charger, and completed the installation quickly and cleanly. They even took the time to help me set up the app and test it with my car before leaving. Highly professional, transparent pricing, and zero hassle. Highly recommend!

Had solar panels, battery and matebox supply installed by these guys and from the start they were the most helpful- no high pressure sales just advice and the sort of advice that came like what they would do if it were their property. I asked a lot of questions and it was handled professionally and courteously the whole time. This is a firm that has been around a while doing electrical work not one thats sprung up to jump on the solar bandwagon - these guys have a background in the important bit- and that shows- the install team were extremely professional and took a lot of pride in their work
