A very good experience from DES Renewable Energy, starting with patiently explained and intelligent pre-sales advice that helped us to find the best way to meet our requirements, and finishing with a thoughtful and meticulously tidy installation team and thorough handover - wholeheartedly recommended.

Very helpful staff when ever I called them. And very patient with me working out what solar panels, batteries and inverter to have in my Sigenergy system. And as we had a problem with our roof which had to be fixed before we could have the solar panels fitted. This caused a small delay but worked out well in the end. On the day of the fitting the solar panel fitters started at 8am and the electricians were just a little later and they all got on with there work, and checking with me where things were going and how it was all going to work. The two electricians were very good

DES renewables fitted my solar panels and battery in June 2026. I had a great experience with DES Renewable Energy. From the start, they provided clear expectations and excellent advice, and their team was always incredibly prompt in responding to my queries. I also really appreciated their flexibility when it came to payment options. When it came to the installation, the site staff of electricians and installers were fantastic—highly knowledgeable, friendly, and professional throughout. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking into renewable energy!

Knowledgeable staff and a fairly seamless process from start to finish. Staff are not pushy for a sale, they go at your pace.

Had solar panels installed, they had to remove existing panels first before making the good roof and then installing the new system. They did a great job, gave really good advice and were competitively priced. I then had them back to install a powerwall later (which I went against their advice to not install in the first place..) They did a very good job of concealing the equipment, cabling etc to avoid it being unattractive on the house. Highly recommended
