  Complete house renovation of a 1930’s cottage

  Martin and Sam renovated our 1930s eyebrow cottage from scratch. The house was blitzed. First, it was seriously insulated, then our creative dreams for the cottage commenced. Each new idea, quirky twist and addition was taken on board, created with superb skill and completed to a very high standard. To comprehend an artist's vision is truly unique. I had very set ideas and kept adding to the list - it was never an issue. A daily dose of smiles, laughter, unbelievable attention to detail and complete professionalism. I cannot recommend this company high enough- best decision you will ever make!

  Garage Conversions

  Double integral garage conversion into part room, part garage.

  Martin and Sam could not have been more kind and hardworking. They made me and my daughter feel at ease in a moment. They worked long hours and always tidied up at the end of each day. They made sure we were aware of what stage they were at and we thoughtful with regards to noise. Even after the work was completed (to a very high standard) they were quickly on hand to sort any unrelated problems. Especial when Storm Eunice hit! I really cannot recommend them enough. So happy with the work.

  The complete renovation of a 1930’s eyebrow cottage. Work still in progress. Commenced Mid Jan 2023.

  Martin and son Sam have been at our cottage for nearly 3 months. They are highly skilled, a joy to have around and very easy going. The team are adept at all skills and happy to advise on artistic/practical decisions. They have removed all lathe and plaster wall structure from upstairs, super insulated and re plastered - this has involved new electrics, a major plumbing overhaul, bolting on a gable wall, new bathroom, making good, tiling, and more. They have close contacts such as corgi plumbers, electricians, roofers and wood floor specialists to use. They have the best sense of humour too.

  Single Storey Rear Extension and Kitchen Refurb

  From the moment our job started, we knew we'd picked the right tradespeople to build our new extension and refurbish our kitchen. Martin and Sam are lovely, hard working, tidy, punctual and meticulous in their workmanship taking time to make sure everything is done well. They offered good suggestions when we were not sure on aspects of the project and as a result we've ended up with a lovely kitchen and fabulous new extension. I would have no hesitation in recommending them and no doubt will use their services again.

  Convert loft to bedroom with ensuite.

  Highly professional and competent from start to finish. Family company and extremely trustworthy. Solution focused and an eye for detail. Unique design thoughts and multi skilled individuals. We are extremely happy with both cost and the quality of the final result. Would definitely recommend and will be using in the future.

  Replacing and re-routing entire outside waste pipe system.

  As always, Martin and Sam completed the work on time, and to a very satisfactory standard. Despite being extremely busy, they managed to fit me in at comparatively short notice. I was particularly pleased with their attention to detail, and their communication on the job was exemplary. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
