Excellent work, attention to detail and making sure the application counted , really helped with the technical aspect of it, and came up with some really good ideas which enhanced the project , truly invaluable , highly recommend. Paul was very hand on and Emily was really prompt in helping while the build was going on, I would highly recommend. This company genuinely care about the work they do and strive to get permission granted . You will not be disappointed.

Paul and his team were excellent not only at explaining the planning process and providing drawings but going the extra mile to explain the build and give advice on this and party wall agreements. Measuring our flat and drawing up detailed plans of our flat with the extension. Detailed technical drawings for builders to quote and work from.

The extension plans were drawn up as discussed, with a few adjustments made by us the clients (due to our change of decisions). Paul and Emily gave advice and guided us through the process with structural engineers and planning. We were successful to get planning permission from our council. Technical drawings were very thorough and detailed. I would highly recommend Detailed Planning and would work with them in future. They have been exceptional and very clear with their quote from the outset.

Planning Application to convert 2 flats into a single dwelling

We engaged Detailed Planning this year to prepare drawings and seek local authority planning for the redevelopment of our home from 2 flats into a single dwelling. We worked with several members of the team and they succeeded in gaining permission from Camden Council much faster than we expected and without any alteration to our proposal. Their work was exemplary, excellent value and the proof of the process is within the work completed by our builder. I have no hesitation in recommending their services.
