DDS were able to attend the leak outside our property very quickly, after another firm was a no show. Dale was really helpful, professional and was able to do the survey and evidence to Thanes Water that they needed to take responsibility after weeks of avoidance. Can't recommend Dale highly enough, he was a life saver!

I contacted Detection drain services on a recommendation to get a second opinion on a problem we had! Dale was super helpful and spent time going over another companies tricky report in order to quote for the work. We’d become aware of a redundant pipe which was causing smells under an extension and Dale recommended and fitted a patch liner. He was on time, efficient, tidy and explained everything that was being done, making sure we understood the risks involved. It all went well and the work carried out for a fair price!
