Andrew has excellent communication skills and always kept me in the loop when it came to appointment times and what appliances needed to be bought. Work was carried out efficiently. Definitely recommend his service and will be using him again in the future.

It looked impossible to me to unscrew the faulty part, due to lack of space/angle. He managed it though and swiftly did a perfect job. Very polite and easy to deal with, would definitely recommend and use Andrew's services again should I ever need.
