Ed has done a lot of work on our house in the past ten years. He and his team are exceptional. they are always on time, polite and the quality of their work is perfect. I've recommended them to lots of friends who are also all delighted. Ed and team have: ripped out our kitchen, completely redone our hall including plastering, painted the front and back of our house, decorated all our rooms, bedrooms, living room, kitchen. They are just great.

I have not one bad word to say, always on time, all works carried out to a very high standard, I would have no one else , very trustworthy, any work in the future, it will be Ed and his team.

Ed and George fitted our new bathroom and utility area. The work involved full strip out, wall removal/rebuild, bricked up window, new back door and window and full bathroom installation (incl plastering, tiling, plumbing, electrics etc). They were a pleasure to work with throughout - very reliable and helpful, and great workmanship. We are very pleased with the work and we’ll certainly be looking to use them for future work!

It’s been 3/4 months since Ed finished the work - firstly Ed quoted me that it would take 4-5 weeks to complete (it took 11 and Ed decided to go on holiday for two weeks during that with 0 communication). He also ruined all the carpets. Then the work he did do (except for the floor) was rough and ready - I’d attached pictures if I could. He bricked up the window incorrectly, which has caused a big leak downstairs, some of the light switches currently don’t work, areas that he bordered up for the flooring have come off, the railing has begun to come away from the wall. DO NOT USE

Ed and his team did an amazing job of converting my loft into a beautiful useable space, creating a new en suite and utility room out of my box room, renovating the existing main bathroom and kitchen and converting a bit of dead space in the downstairs hallway into a cloakroom. It was a delight to have them here as they're all lovely as well as talented. And they dealt with satisfying all the requirements of planning and building regs.

I would highly recommend Devolli Construction Ltd. Hired them to refurb a new property - full strip out of property, new flooring, painting, new kitchen, new doors and plumbing. All the work was done to a very high level and they were extremely trustworthy, reliable and helpful. I will definitely be contacting them for any future works that I need to get done
