Professional, curtious and clean.
Matt is a very personable chap who knows his stuff. I have recently moved to a new house and he was happy to look around and explain the drainage layout to me, which is always useful knowledge. I also had a strange setup under the sink and he was happy to investigate and replace a bung that had popped out letting In smells from the drain. One thing that impressed me is that after rodding and jetting the blocked drain, there was fat residue at the top of the drain and I noticed he even wiped that clean to leave the drain looking like new.Verified reviewerJob location: EX210 Blocked Drains
