Desperately required an EICR prior to moving into a flat.
With very little notice I had a fault come up on my flat that required urgent attention. Our originally scheduled electrician failed to solve our issue and neglected to get back in contact with us, leaving us in a difficult position. I called DFC up who, recognising the severity of my situation, went out of there way to travel down and help me out. My issue was resolved within hours of making the initial call, all thanks to the diligence and professionalism of Chis and his team. No Electrity and and needed a Sunday night emergency call out
We had no power and after checking with the National grid, we needed an emergency electrician. Chris answered the phone straight away and after explaining the issue he travelled to get the part that was needed and was with us within the hour. Chris was friendly, helpful, knowledgable and was able to fix the problem in less than an hour. I will definitely use him again and highly recommend.Job location: SA62
