Desperately required an EICR prior to moving into a flat.
With very little notice I had a fault come up on my flat that required urgent attention. Our originally scheduled electrician failed to solve our issue and neglected to get back in contact with us, leaving us in a difficult position. I called DFC up who, recognising the severity of my situation, went out of there way to travel down and help me out. My issue was resolved within hours of making the initial call, all thanks to the diligence and professionalism of Chis and his team.
