  Dave came back with a quote early, and started the job within 2 weeks. He was very friendly, helpful and efficient. Would not hesitate to call on him again.

  Large double rear extension with patio, roof replacement and new kitchen

  I would not hesitate to recommend David. We are delighted with our rear double extension. We now have a new dining room, washroom. Boot room, office, double bedroom with balcony and ensuite shower, large rear patio and amazing new kitchen. He is hardworking, skilled, dependable, trustworthy and full of clever ideas. His quote was very reasonable and fair. He listened to our ideas and went above and beyond with special features like including our garden well in the dining room and a secret bookcase door from the bedroom into the office office. It has been a pleasure having him around.

  Walked if with money!!!!

  Had seen Dave’s work - checked checkatrade at the time and everything looked good. After several cancelled start dates, due to many different reasons, Dave asked for money to purchase windows. I sent it to him. Again a few cancelled start dates, contact started to become difficult -,finally he came around saying he had tax problems!!! But last delay was he was on holiday in France!!! He paid back some of it but now doesn’t acknowledge my emails/texts etc.  since I looked on checkatrade I see his insurance has lapsed.

  The original start date had to be postponed due to the weather heavy rain and wind not suitable for removing a back wall to fit bifold doors At the time this was not a problem for the client We left it to rearrange a new date that would be suitable After several weeks I messaged the client regarding a start date and it was not a good time for her It was 6 month after the original start date the client wanted to start by this time I had commitments I could not get to the client so I told her that I was no longer able to do the works and I would refund her money and I did repay her I was left with the bifold doors and windows costing me £4000 so a loss of money and her review starts of with Ran away with my money So not true or correct

  Absolute faultless work, David was an absolute god-send in all honesty. We had a total of 5 quotes from different companies and reviewing that we decided to go with D. Feltham, was the best decision that we made. He was always on time, courteous, respectful of our house and neighbours, tidy and ALWAYS hard working. He took care and a pragmatic approach to every element of the construction. He always listened carefully to what we wanted but additionally always discussed with us about inventive alternatives, which is rare as previous builders have missed this key communication. A great builder!

  Repairing concrete first floor landing

  Very slow to respond enquiries regarding progress of work, often ignoring emails I have worrying concerns about the quality of the work carried out! Sealing applied to cracks in the bitumen surface protecting the concrete walkway appear to have failed, the material used to seal the largest crack has shrunk, leaving cracks, which will enable water to penetrate, which created the problem in the first place. Secondly the exterior paint applied, according to the advice on the can should have been applied in 3 layers requiring at least 3 x 5 Litre cans, there are already areas starting to flake.

  Annex built

  Dave built a 1 bedroom fully fitted annex for me to live in at the bottom of my sons garden. He was tidy, reliable and his workmanship was second to none. Dave worked outside tirelessly all through the winter months to get all supplies to the building. He created a beautiful patio and put a fence up around my property, he took great care helping me pick all the design features and guided me through my options helping me to make the best informed decision for the look I wanted, Super tradesman and I’d definatley recommend him!!
