  What a lovely, sincere, honest man! We had 2 issues and wanted 2 new showers. 1st, must urgent issue was sorted within 2 days......showers were planned and kept to the timings perfectly at a great cost too. Best thing is that Darren's honest, so if he can't do something, he finds someone who does, rather than botch the job. Total respect for Darren!

  It was my first time using DGC, after selecting them based on recommendations from Checker Trade. Always a bit nervous if the ratings are accurate, but I can say that DGC were great! Extremely nice, kept me updated for arrival times, excellent work, tidy, and I felt provided very good value. I will definitely be using them again.

• Repairing leaking toilet

  Had a slight leak in the cistern of downstairs loo on a Saturday. Rang Darren and he came round very quickly. Turned out one of the seals had perished. He put a fix on loo to prevent it from filling up as he needed to get a specific part (luckily I have another loo). When he returned he explained the problem as he also had to put a new flush and water filling part (new parts were different size from original which was over 40 years old). I offered to clean the floor up after him but he was adamant he would do it. All is now working great. ??

• Shower repair

  Darren was very professional and helpful. He did his best to accomplish a neat job and to ensure the amount of making good needed, where the old units had been, was kept to a minimum. If I have any further plumbing problems, I would not hesitate to seek his services.
