I hired DGN Design and Build Ltd, managed by Harjinder Singh Bal, for a residential project in West London, and unfortunately, my experience was not positive. From the start, communication was inconsistent — responses to emails and messages were often delayed, and I had to chase for updates on progress. The project suffered from several unexpected delays, and some of the reasons given were unclear or poorly explained. Bal’s work is very professional,he has done a excellent work through out the whole time, he is very hardworking person, he is very honest and very friendly, I would recommend him to anyone who wants to renovate their house.
