Daniel and his colleague were extremely pleasant and worked very hard to clear a significant blockage in the main drain to my property. They turned up within 30 minutes of calling them and completed the work within the time and cost that they had estimated. I would highly recommend them!

They promised they would come that day. Unable to give me a time. Later they phoned to say when they would be with me. They arrived on time, now dark, checked the problem, cleared the blockage and cleaned all round where the backlog had been.

I cannot speak highly enough of Dan and his team. What we thought would be a quick call-out (blocked drain) turned into a much larger job. Dan talked us through the position and kept us informed throughout. Pricing was detailed and transparent with no surprises. Despite diggers and skips, Dan and his team left the garden looking as good as it could do after being dug up. I would highly recommend and will certainly be using again when the need arises.

I called DGS around lunchtime on 20 November to see if they could fix a blocked drain at my house. They told me they had two jobs to finish that afternoon but could be at my house around 4pm which they were. They checked out theoffending area and found some debris in the manhole which they cleared away. They checked 2 more manholes nearer the street and found some additional debris which was all cleaned out. A good job all round and very pleasant people to deal with. I was very pleased with their work.

Dan provided an excellent initial engagement (pre-quote), that included a thorough review of our issue including inspection of soakaways and drains, explaining the most likely causes of our issue and understanding our priorities. He provided a clear description of the different options available to us to solve the problem. This was only this morning, but his service was so good, I felt compelled to write this review.

The first thing I noticed about Dan was the amount and level of communication that he sent over WhatsApp before the work even started. This was done to assess the situation, explain the background and explain all possible options. I had a complicated problem of damage to the lower part of my sewage stack. Dan and his assistant, Lee, fixed the problem within the 2 days predicted and I am very happy with the work. I would give Dan and Lee top marks for communication, workmanship, tidyness, politeness, punctuality and background knowledge and experience which informs his decisions. Wonderful!
