  Darren was brilliant, very quick quotation for the work we required, and a very top level service from himself & his labourer. He has carried out extensive repointing works where I live and repointed the damp course around the whole block of flats, including repointing above lintels where water was causing damp issues inside the flats. Darren has done an excellent job with the repointing & has used a clear damp proof paint to seal the damp course, residents have seen a huge difference since this works been completed, so thank you again Darren!

  Darren was brilliant. He communicated well throughout the quoting and delivery of the work. He was quick to respond to my request. His quote was reasonable. He and his colleague were very efficient and have done a great job with the disc cutting and repointing. They did a great clean up after the work each day as well. Would highly recommend.

  A Job Well Done!

  Darren Goodwin of DG Surface Solutions answered my post on CheckaTrade very promptly. We arranged a time for him to visit and quote for the job and he duly arrived on time, discussed the job in detail with us and sent us his quote. We accepted his quote and set a date for the work to be done. He arrived on time and completed the relatively small job to a very good standard. At all times he was polite, reliable and communicated well with me. He left the site in a clean and tidy condition.

  Reliable, Friendly & Skilled

  Darren and Jamie built a wall in our garden and we couldn’t be happier with it. The workmanship is excellent and they were both genuinely friendly and easygoing the whole time. Turned up when they said they would, worked hard, and left everything tidy. Top lads, highly recommend.

  A great job done and brilliant tradesman

  We had a fantastic experience with Darren and Jamie. They did such a good job on our patio that we asked them back to build a base for our shed. They also fixed a step for us. Darren got back to us quickly, was really good at communicating and always gave us an honest quote. He is a perfectionist. Would definitely recommend. The work has now been in place for over a month and we have had no problems and are happy with everything.
