Dale did a fantastic job. We are very pleased with the finished en-suite bathroom. Dale was excellent in terms of communicating throughout the whole job. He also went above and beyond on some issues we had with the old en-suite. Highly recommend Plumbway.

This bathroom cost us £6300 and it should be nowhere near that cost. We were told that bathroom would be complete in one week- it lasted 32 days and still didn’t get completed. If you use DH1 you may as well purchase the materials yourself, find reliable fitters and do all the organising yourself because it will save cost and frustration - you will end up doing all the organising of the fitting yourself and get strung along with inadequate communication and response when trying to resolve issues out of your hands, if your experience is anything like ours.

Called DH1 and Andy was out within days discussed what we wanted no pressure Brian came out do a survey and made some great suggestions Work started and we had a small issue which Brian sorted within the hour Our fitter Reg was fantastic he asked us all along how we'd like things excellent worker I tweeked things as we went along and Reg gave me exactly what I ask for To start we had a small dark bathroom now its white light and modern Thanks Andy Brian and Reg

Fantastic service from start to finish, from Andy coming out, then Brian, to the fitting by Mark's team, nothing was an issue. Great advice and service throughout. Definitely recommend!!

I had the owner come to do an initial measure and talk up through options with the brochure. Andy was really knowledgeable and came across as really genuine and proud which made me trust that the work would be carried out to a high standard. The week before the fitting, a survey was completed by Brian to check all measurements and parts ordered were correct and would fit / work as intended which again was great. Reg then came to fit the bathroom the following week and again was such a genuine guy who took pride in doing a great job. Every single person was fabulous to deal with.

Great service. The price and quality were both really good and all fitters and sales people were very friendly and professional. Didn’t take long to fit either. Would definitely recommend.
