The service from start to finish was above and beyond. Professional, personal with attention to detail, great ideas and organising every step of the project. The planning and time taken to achieve exactly what I wanted was amazing. Every little detail was taken care of seamlessly. The work carried out was just fantastic. 100% recommend craftsmanship at its best. 1st Class Service from start to finish. The fitters and team were outstanding. The care taken throughout from the sales team to the fitters went above and beyond!

Just had our bathroom refurbished and what can I say from start to finish I can not fault this company. What a transformation and such attention to detail. Reg my fitter was absolutely fantastic and Brian ensuring I was happy with colours/materials and everything complimenting my vision. If anyone is looking for a new bathroom these are your guys honestly you will not be disappointed. Biggest thumbs up from us.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! My new bathroom was left uncompleted and I have since had to contact another company to complete their work. They were only bothered about money and the customer service was shocking! Due to being measured incorrectly by them I had to return the original basin unit for a smaller one. Brian made me order my own sink replacement and I was promised to be reimbursed but this never happened. When I informed them of my issues they were only bothered about the job finishing on time and everyone being paid. Andy was on holiday at the time and not bothered about any of it. Th
