Weeks of Delays and Poor Communication
0 stars if I could. I initially paid a £40 call-out fee for my freezer to be inspected, though unfortunately that turned out to be only the beginning of the issues.... I then paid for a freezer part and repair, however the experience quickly became frustrating due to very poor communication. After payment was made, weeks passed with vague updates, changing explanations and long periods with little or no contact. Over time there seemed to be excuse after excuse, first delays with ordering the part, then mention of hospital issues, then being told a local supplier was being approached insteadJob location: NE1310 Washing Machine Repair

Double charge
Wouldn’t recommend. Dave came out to fix my washing machine and said the issue was a loose filter, but the leak continued afterward. When I contacted him again, he said he couldn’t return for another week and still charged me for a second visit—even though it was clear the filter wasn’t the problem in the firstJob location: NE130 Washing Machine Repair

Does not care about his customers

Horrible Service
This man came to repair my washing machine, took £60 and didn't fix it. It ended up in a worse state than it was at the start After I tried multiple times to contact him he kept ghosting. Eventually told me that he had been in hospital, even though I could see he was doing jobs (which is a disgusting lie). He kept delaying coming and wasting my time so I asked for a refund. After even more time waiting for a response he eventually agreed but then blocked me. Completely shocking behaviour from a business, horrible business model.
