    Excellent work. Paul came and gave a quote and lots of advice prior to confirming the conversion. Very professional work carried out. Even worked over the weekend. It was great that I could just leave them to carry on. Dan even came back to fix a minor fault in the electrics. Very tidy, listened to our concerns, were happy to change something mid conversion, helped with boxing in gas meter etc and cleaned up well afterwards. Highly recommend. Thanks guys.

    I got a good feeling about Paul and Dan from our very first meeting. They both seemed like straight trust worthy guys. They worked hard and at weekends too. No slacking. The end result was a very nicely built garage. A person passing by even commented on the job and how well they tidied up after themselves each day and how hard they worked. I would definitely recommend them.

    AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Far to many issues to list in 600 characters. The reason for such a review is DHI's complete lack of empathy and unwillingness to put right a clear problem with the subfloor over the UFH. The floor resembles that of a bouncy castle and both director Dan and employee Paul have chosen to ignore all attempts to contact them since I have provided video evidence of the subfloor having blown on 30/11/22. This incident resembles that of the job as whole when they were only engaged whenever they saw an opportunity to extort more money. IT IS NEVER THEIR FAULT
