Rav got in touch the evening before to ask if he could come the following morning (Sunday) to inspect the job and provide a quote. He arrived exactly when he said he would, assessed everything quickly, and offered to complete the work the same day, which was incredibly convenient. In addition to the original job I had posted, I asked if he could adjust a few extra doors, and he was more than happy to do so. Rav supplied and fitted a fire door. The frame was slightly out of square and Rav did a great job to make the door fit perfectly. I would definitely use Rav again.

Rav attended my house for a site visit to assess the work that is required. Once assessed he promptly provided me the cost of the work (which was reasonable priced) and explained to me in simple terms what he will be doing. Once agreed we booked in a date/time he could carry this out. I’m very satisfied with his workmanship, he was very thorough in repairing the stairs and resolving the extremely old and creaky staircase. Will definitely be contacting them going forward for any future jobs.
