Gutter clearing
Dean arrived on time and did a great job of clearing out the gutters, he even did the front of next door at no extra cost as it was connected to ours! Left everything clean and tidy.

Absolutely made up with my front garden path! Deans reliable and on time! Brilliant service definitely recommend!!!
Roof, driveway and patio clean
Highly recommend Dean and DH property maintenance! He came out in the snow and wind to clean our roof, driveway and patio over 2 days and it all looks fresh and new again, nothing was too much trouble and he really did get every tiny bit of it. Also a lovely guy!
Cleaning render
I can highly recommend Dean from D.H Property Maintenance. Not only is he a really nice and friendly guy, his work ethic and attention to detail are second to none. He’s worked miracles on my render this morning, and the price he charged was very reasonable - I actually paid him extra as he earned it. I’ll be getting him back to clean and seal my drive once the building work is finished.
