Roofing Issue. The fixing on a ridge tile unexpectedly fell off the roof of my new build property. The house builders were not able to help so I searched for local roofing contractors. Luckily I came across D.H. Roofing & Property Maintenance Ltd in Biddenden. Dan promptly came round & surveyed the work he was friendly & professional. We agreed a competitive price & he was keen to do the work telling me he never turned down a job even when challenging. Dan & his colleague came round on the day & time agreed & efficiently carried out the works. I would thoroughly recommend D.H. Roofing.

Dan was very professional and patient in answering all of my questions. He and his team were very courteous and kept me up to date with what they were doing including showing me photos of the roof before they started and during the job. They also cleared and cleaned up at the end of the job.

Great company. Dan was very professional throughout, talking through the options and cost effectiveness of each. No hard sale, just opinions and recommendations. Communications were perfect, letting us know when materials were coming, what the scaffolders were up to and when work would commence etc.. Photos and videos of the various stages and to show the state that our roof was in. Fair payment system, no push for everything up front. Very pleased we found him. Highly recommended.
