Three rugs to be cleaned
They responded to the job post pretty quickly. I sent some photos of the three rugs and they quoted me £150. Two living room rugs and one hallway rug. Before confirming the job, I asked in my message whether the rugs would be dry when they were delivered back to me? I was told yes, they would be dry. The rugs were not dry. Three days later and the two living room rugs have dried but hallway rug is still pretty wet and now my hallway smells of wet rug. Additionally, the hallway rug is not clean and dirt can easily be seen on it. There was no mention over message that the rugs would still be wet. When they delivered the rugs back, there was no mention that the rugs were still wet. They just delivered the rugs and off they went. No communication that they did not fulfil what they were asked to do and agreed to do. Pretty poor customer service. Sincere apologies for the shortfall described. It would have been advantageous if we were notified about this before the review was made as we would have rectified this issue fully. When the rug was delivered, it was mentioned to the client that the rug had to be cleaned a few times as they were badly soiled, hence the rugs still being slightly damp. Again apologies.

Move in cleaning and carpet deep cleaning
They were amazing, they arrived earlier, when I was running a little late to the property, they waited patiently for me. They did a really nice job cleaning the place. Will hire them again anytime I need their services. Their price was affordable and reasonable compared to other company.
