  Amazing, reliable and Highly Recommended

  Absolutely delighted with Andy and his team, hassle free, prompt and great work, provided a quote and date agreed for work, kept updated along the way. Arrived on the day nice and early the two fitters were polite and respectful- very pleased with installation- you wouldn’t know they had been, tided up and left everything clean. Very neat job, all wires trunked and great explanation on how to use the air conditioning. Would highly recommend this company (Diamond) you won’t regret it

  Decommissioned old AC and supply and fit new system.

  Long overdue review. 10/10 I had my 15yr old very noisy split ac system removed and replaced by diamond Aug 25. I've been running it for nearly a year now and it has been fantastic. Told them what I needed, sent a few measurements and I went for the 5kw mitsubishi system. It's quiet, economical and keeps my whole flat cool. The guys turned up on time, removed my old and fitted the new in just over 2 hours. They used my old trunking by my request. Neat tidy. And it's cost me £12.50 to run it 24/7 for 3 weeks. I've been quite popular in this 37c heat. Perfect all round. Thanks

  Excellent service from start to finish

  Can't recommend Andy and his team enough. Andy was great and explained matters to us during the quote. The installation of two units and a condenser was quick and the guys were very polite and left the place spotless. We had one minor issue after the install and having called Andy to query it, he had it resolved within two hours. Can't fault service like that. Will be going back for further units in the near future.

  Andy was extremely professional throughout. The work was carried out very quickly and efficiently and the guys left barely a trace any work had been done at all. Really happy with the world and would absolutely reccomend diamond to anyone looking for an installation.

  Excellent service from start to finish. Andy was extremely knowledgeable, answered all of my questions (and I had a lot of them!) and nothing was ever too much trouble. We had our air conditioning installed in March, and the team arrived on time, were polite, professional and left everything spotless. I’m absolutely loving the unit, especially during the current heatwave. It’s made a huge difference to the comfort of our home. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Diamond A/C.
