1.33 Painting the house and building internal storage

Was happy with the finish of the painting but after the original quote which included carpentry for creating storage inside the house never happened. He said the carpenter disappeared. A month went by after more chasing and said the carpenter now doesn't want to do it, but don't worry he'll get a mate of his to do it!!! 2 months later and still chasing and now I'm just left in the dark with no updates. Daniel has just completed a huge redecorating job for us of all communal areas in a large property housing 5 flats. He has previously completed jobs for us including roofing work, eradicating leaks, bathroom regrouting and sealing and more. What I love is the no faff - and his honest pricing. Daniel is a genuine, trustworthy, very hardworking guy, who just gets it done and to a high standard - nothing seems to faze him, which means less stress for me. My number one contact in this trade.
