Laminated Floor Installations
I was asked to pay 50% 0f the cost when the estimate was done. I was told cash payment was needed for balance when floor was done. I asked for Bank details for me to do a Bank transfer as I would not be there. The installer was refusing to leave my Tenant home until the balance been paid. Some one from their office also rang me. I told her as soon as I get back to my Hotel where the card and card reader was I would pay. I offered to pay over the phone with my credit card but that was not accepted.
