Awful. Avoid. When I called the manager “Terry” -answered the phone with a “Uhhhhhyeah uhhhhhh”. Sounded like he couldn’t be bothered. complained about the kitchen floor he got the cleaner to call me who got very emotional and said “it’s not fair…we did a good job”. & tried to tell me it was paint! Spoke to her again and she yelled at me. She redid floor and emptied rubbish bin they had filled with their lunch packets and cleaning sponges. Still not a great report from inventory agency- basics need redoing. Unprofessional. Not sure where their great reviews come from.

Great performance from the team of ladies, showed up on time and carried out a professional deep clean on my property, I will definitely be using them again, highly recommended

Contracted Diamond Clean Gleam for a regular clean based on their strong reviews, however our experience with them has been terrible. They turned up for 3 out of 8 cleans scheduled, 3 of the no shows they didn’t even contact us to inform us the cleaner wound’t be coming. When we’ve called they asked us to email and when we do they don’t respond. On our experience they are unable to offer a regular cleaning service. Stay Away!!

The cleaners did an amazing job on my whole house. Everything is looking spotless and their communication throughout was great. I would definitely recommend them

My conservatory needed a deep clean following the removal of roof blinds and prior to fitting new blinds. The work carried out was thorough and the ladies who did the cleaning very helpful. It was a very hot day so I am full of admiration for the way in which they worked . I would recommend.

Diamond Clean Gleam were very professional. Booking & quote v easy to do. Competitive price. Keeley & Yeta were punctual, friendly & professional. They did an amazing job; they worked their socks off & the place was spotless. They were also happy to do a few 'touch ups' at the end as they knew how important it was to get my deposit back. A really positive experience. I highly recommend this company. Thank you so much!
