External blocked drain (leading fromour kitchen)
The outside drain became blocked having started to overflow. The company responded very quickly and plummers were on site within a couple of hours. They cleared the drain and showed me how to do this in future. Polite workmen, tidy, and didn't tread any dirt through out home. Perfect!

They inspected the drains, found the source of the blockage, removed the gunk and cleared the mess. As promised the invoice was sent with a quote for another job, which we will consider favourably
