Friendly, professional 5 star service
This is by far the best company weāve ever had doing work at our current house and the one we moved from. Weāve had all the windows replaced and they gave the most competitive prices, done by the most friendly and professional fitters Iāve ever met. The customer service has been second to none by Debbie and John, with each time booking us in really quickly. Huge praise for Graham and Johnny in particular as the bay windows were challenging but look amazing. We are a family run business based in Lincoln and cover Lincolnshire.
We are very proud to say we have been going strong since April 2000 when we first did our door-to-door flyer drop to kick start our business. Little did we know how many leads that would get us. Sometimes it's good to go back to basics and do old school!!
John the main man here has been in the business for over 40 years, so all our staff have been trained to an exceptional standard.
One of our key selling points is that we are a family run business, you get a personal service from us, we donāt do pressure sales ever and we donāt ask for a deposit, unlike other larger companies.
We donāt employ salesmen; John is usually the man who comes out but sometimes you get Debbie, both professionals in helping our customers choose their designs and offer amazing advice as theyāve seen it all. We try to get in and out as quickly as possible so not to disturb you for too long, weād maybe stay for a cupper if offered!!
We do all the usual, windows, doors, conservatories, single Storey extensions, garage conversions are one of specialties, but we also offer classy pergolas for those cozy nights outside as well as replacement roofs for those old tired existing conservatories either our light weight metro tiled roofs or flat roofs with sky pods all are fully insulated and plastered to turn your once cold unloved conservatory back into an inviting cosy room for summer or winter
We also know itās never easy having to have tradesmen in your home, which is why we take every care with your home, we clean and tidy up after weāve finished, thatās if we make any mess of course!!! we respect your property as you do.
We donāt do much in the way of advertising so having countless returning customers over the years is testament to our high standards snd the amazing reviews we get left.
With friendly, helpful office staff, we are always here to make your home improvements run as smoothly as possible.
Another plus when dealing with a family run business, we donāt just operate from 9-5 Monday to Friday, Debbie picks up out of hours calls and emails throughout the whole week so if you have an urgent query itās not unisual to get a text or email while your watching the soaps!! so why not give us a try if you want a personal service, no pushy sales, no signature or deposit given, you wonāt be disappointed!!
