Very impressed with the thoroughness of the Engineer - Good Administration and very prompt issue of service record

Diamond Heating have been very good at communication and since installing a new boiler early 2022 have carried out all aspects of their work professionally and are very customer facing. Nothing is too much trouble. Job well done by all involved.

Overall the customer journey was ok, but the quote was by far the most expensive. £2100 and I had the work carried out by another company for £950 - don't know how they justify such a markup, thank goodness I didn't use them.
