Wonderful service yet again from Diamond. Used them in my previous property and again having recently moved. Ruth is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about their products but there is no high pressure sales push. Communication throughout was top class and their fitters as always did an excellent job. Job location: DT11An excellent job neatly done and well finished We are very pleased with the owork done This was the third time we have used them and each time have been very pleaed with the results10 Complete replacement of windows as well as two patio doors and a French door.

Great attention to detail. Wanted to make sure we were happy with our choices and went above and beyond to ensure this was the case. The Diamond team gave exceptional service in designing and installing a new front door for us in time for Christmas. We are delighted with the result and will feel very confident to order a new back door and gradually replace our windows. Very pleased with our new replacement windows. Have used Diamonds previously on several occasions for other windows and doors and have always found them to be very helpful and obliging. Nothing was too much trouble. The installation was carried out very efficiently and everything was left clean and tidy upon completion.
