    Disappointing After-Build Cleaning Service

    I hired this company for an after-build clean based on strong reviews and initial professionalism. We agreed on two cleaners for one day, but at the last minute only one arrived. I was assured the job would still be completed to a high standard. Key after-build tasks (plaster marks, dust, stickers, windows, doors) were disputed or left incomplete. The cleaner became defensive and aggressive when I raised concerns, made inappropriate comments, and insisted on cash payment. The situation escalated unnecessarily. They may suit basic domestic cleaning, but they were unprepared for after-build.

    Thank you for you review the work was carried out fully and the couple of little things that where missed was rectified straight away. You fail to mention my business partner sealed 5 windows for free for you also washed all outside windows for free. No one is perfect and can miss things the seriousness of the second cleaners health is why my partner became upset as you started to mimic and make fun of me to my partner. You started to raise your voice to him and calling us unprofessional. We advised you that the pencil marks needed to be painted as the fresh paint would come away when washed
