    Roman blinds and wooden shutters

    I was absolutely delighted with the service and communication I had from Diamond Shutters from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble for them, and the end products look amazing. It was not a straightforward job at all, but they never overpromised, and when the Middle East conflict delayed deliveries, they kept in constant communication with me. The fitter was outstanding, was friendly and professional. A special mention to Danielle who showed endless patience when we altered the order multiple times and was always cheery whenever I had to phone. A truly brilliant company.

    Excellent after care

    I just wanted to say a huge thank you to the team at Diamond Shutters. We bought our shutters in 2022, and after one of my children accidentally pulled a shutter slat out of alignment, I emailed them last night with a few photos. By 9am this morning, they had already replied and booked Dave to come out that afternoon. He fixed the problem on the spot and was so friendly and professional. It's so reassuring to know you're looked after even years after your purchase. Fantastic customer service from start to finish. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Diamond Shutters!

    What a fantastic company. From the first phone call to installation. Thankyou to the helpful girls that answered the phone and made the appointment to James who installed the shutters. They look amazing Happy to recommend

    Small independant company with an amazing service and people.

    Brilliant service, lovely people and very good installation. They have now done a number of shutters for us and the new ones have a separate section at the top so you can shut one part and leave the fan light window part open. Brilliant design and so pleased they have been done. I would recommend this company every time. We will have them back again anytime.
