Diamond shutters were recommended to me by various neighbours who had used them before and said they would always use them for more shutters ! So I thought I’d get a quote. The survey and measurements were perfectly correct, a very competitive price ( lower than I anticipated) and that lead to fitting. That went extremely well, the fitter was very particular about every aspect of the job. Shutters arrived very well packed. I couldn’t have asked for a more professional team, very satisfied and would also recommend Diamond Shutters to anyone .

Ordered 3 shutters for front windows and very pleased with them. All the staff are friendly and efficient from measuring blinds, ordering them and fitting them. Would definitely recommend this company

I’m really happy with my new shutters from Diamond Shutters. The professionalism from start to finish was excellent - they kept me well informed at every stage so I always knew what was happening.The workmanship is top quality. The finishing is spot on and my shutters look beautiful. They’ve made a huge difference to the house and really lifted the whole look of the rooms. The only downside was the wait time was a bit longer than expected. But the team communicated well throughout, and once they were installed I could see why - the attention to detail in the finishing is outstanding.

From start to end, this company were very helpful in the process of ordering and installing the shutters. Extremely professional, and superb communication at all times. James, the fitter, did a superb job. Our front bedroom window bay had a fitted desk, which needed to be cut to allow the shutters to fit in the window bay. He did this task superbly, as he is also a qualified carpenter. We have no reservations in recommending Diamond Shutters.

Excellent product and great service. Following an initial request for a quote a member of the staff visited our house carried out a detailed survey and gave me a preliminary estimate. This was followed up by a precise cost in writing and the order was made. When the date had been set for installation the fitter arrived on time and carried out the work in a very professional manner. Having completed the installation he tided up and removed all traces of packaging. I am very satisfied with these shutters and would recommend the company for a job well done.
